• What time is the check-in and check-out?
• Check-in: 14.00 PM
  Check-out: 11.00 PM
  Guests can use our free luggage deposit before check-in and after check-out.
• Can I check-in after 14.00 PM?
• Yes, our reception is always open and ready to welcome you.
• Can I pay using my credit card?
• Yes, our hotel accepts Visa, Euro/Mastercard, American Expres and Diners Club International.
• Cancellation and charges
• Pleas, read carefully our cancellation policies during the processo f booking online. From 1 November till 31 March, for cancellations made before 24 hours prior to arrival, there are no charges. From 1 April till 31 October, cancellations made after 72 hours prior arrival will be charged 1 night of stay every three.
• Does the hotel has an Internet point?
• Guests can access to a free ADSL and Wi-Fi Internet connection in the common areas and it has an internet point in the lobby.
• Can we rent a car?
• Yes, the staff will be glad to help you choose the car that best suits your needs or they will organize for you transfers to/from airports and other locations.
